Voluntary Aftercare for Out of Home Care (OOHC)
Our program offers comprehensive, ongoing support for youth transitioning from out-of-home care to independent living. We focus on equipping individuals with essential life skills, including budgeting, cooking, and job readiness, while providing emotional support and mentorship. Through personalized plans tailored to each youth’s unique needs, we work collaboratively to build confidence and foster the development of skills crucial for successful independence.

In addition to practical life skills, our program emphasizes personal growth, emotional resilience, and self-advocacy. We offer a safe and supportive environment where youth can explore their aspirations, set goals, and develop the tools to manage both everyday challenges and long-term life transitions. Our dedicated mentors serve as role models, providing consistent guidance and encouragement as youth navigate the complexities of independent living.

By addressing both the emotional and practical aspects of this transition, our program ensures that each participant is equipped not only with the skills necessary to live independently but also with the confidence and support they need to thrive in their communities and beyond.
