Meet The Team

I am the managing director of Raven Community Care. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (2017) and I have been working with the community for the past 10 years, supporting the communities most vulnerable, from Children, Young People, Adults, and the Elderly.

I first started my career as a Social Worker supporting vulnerable refugees and Asylum Seekers seeking refuge or Asylum in Australia. In 2017, I embarked on my journey in the Out of Home Care sector supporting the state's most vulnerable young people. While working in Out of Home Care, I held various positions, such as Senior Operations Manager, Therapeutic Manager, and Case Manager/Social Worker. I predominantly supported highly complex young people who were diagnosed with significant disabilities under the Department of Community and Justice's 'Intensive Therapeutic Care' Model.

In January 2023, I was employed by Justice Health as a Mental Health Social Worker providing Mental Health Case Management and Counselling Support to high-risk inmates within a Maximum Security Correctional Complex.

I look forward to continuing to make a difference in the lives of our community's most vulnerable and showcase the passion me and my team have to offer.

I am the Specialist Education Manager at Raven Community Care. I currently hold a Bachelor's degree in Education (Early Childhood). I have been working in the community sector for over 20 years supporting Children and Young People with additional needs.

 

My role is to support and lead children's learning and development. I design, plan, and implement educational programs and practices to ensure your child is developmentally meeting their milestones. ​

Aside from my role as a Special Education Manager at Raven Community Care, I am employed by KU Children Services as a Pre-school Director.

I am the Support Manager at Raven Community Care. I currently hold a Diploma in Community Services and have been working in the community sector for over 10 years, supporting clients of various ages throughout the years.

 

My role is to support and manage the dedicated team of disability support workers by providing ongoing training and guidance. I will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and providing our support workers and participants with an experience that delivers value and brings our vision, mission, and value to life. My role will also include coaching and building staff competency and capability. 

 

Aside from my Manager Role, I do tend to work directly with many participants as I thoroughly enjoy being hands-on and love providing quality support and care for our community's most vulnerable.

 

I am the Admin and Intake Manager at Raven Community Care. I am currently studying psychology at UNSW. My role as Admin and Intake Officer will oversee all tasks related to onboarding and intake as well as day-to-day admin duties.
